Barn Manager/Trainer
Rose Agard
Rose Agard is a highly experienced barn manager with over 15 years of horse care experience. She has a BS in Equine Facility Management and has completed a teacher/trainer program.
As a barn manager, she has cared for all breeds and disciplines at both large and small operations. In addition, she has vast experience with off-the-track thoroughbreds in both training and rehab. Rose is an experienced instructor and offers training either in private lessons or small groups.
She welcomes the opportunity to help riders of all levels polish their skills and enjoy the sport of riding in all disciplines. She has a successful Eventing and Dressage show career, with several recent top 5 Area II finishes at the Training level.

Kate Chadderton
Kate is an Australian 3-Day Event rider. Kate brings experience and dedication to training horses to the highest level of competition.
Kate has worked and trained with Boyd Martin and Phillip Dutton both before and since her move to the US in 2008. She runs a successful training and sales facility in Cochranville, PA, and divides her time between there and Aiken SC for the winter eventing season.
Kate has competed at numerous National and International events and regularly competes in Area II and III, along with coaching several successful students competing
at the upper levels.

Ryan Wood
Ryan Wood is an Advanced level event rider who came to the United States from Australia in
2008 to expand his eventing career. He has worked for the legendary Bruce Davidson and Phillip Dutton and has trained with champion showjumpers Ludger Beerbaum and Ernst
Hofschroer. In addition, he has also trained with Olympic dressage trainer Norbert Van Laak.
One of the few three-day event riders with four-star level experience in the United States, Ryan
Wood is an example of determination and competitiveness. Ryan now has his own business,
Woodstock Eventing, where he trains and events horses for his clients, as well as his growing stable of high-level event horses.
Ryan is a patient teacher and successful competitor who shares his knowledge and skill easily and expertly. His professional riding credentials include his qualification through the Equestrian Federation of Australia as a National Level 1 Coach. Ryan regularly competes in Area II and III, with top results at all levels, and has several top placings internationally with his longtime partner, Woodstock Bennett, now residing at Bennett’s Creek Farm.
